Hello,

My Name is Kipp Coughtrie and I am here to help you help yourself.

My story is simple….my Doctor informed me I had hypertension/high blood pressure, and that I needed to change my diet and habits in order to lower the hypertension. While changing my diet and not having my “nightly cocktail”, I found it difficult to change this nightly routine. At first, I thought I simply had a habit of drinking in the evenings and I just needed to accustom myself to not indulging. However, I quickly realized that my failure to quit having that nightly drink was just not a routine to break….it was an addiction. I was addicted to alcohol and to my surprise, I realized that I was an alcoholic. The withdrawals, both physical and psychological, were proof! Support from God, friends, family, doctors and specialized programs like AA helped me to gain the upper hand and stay at the forefront of a pursuit towards a healthier lifestyle.

One of the most difficult parts was not the first step towards recovery, but which direction to take and who to contact. I would be honored to assist you in taking that first step and guiding you towards the system that aids in your self-recovery.

God Bless,

Kipp Coughtrie
